Terminus

Your bots,
in their lanes.

Terminus is a free bot that interviews you, untangles your setup, and builds your lane map and rules, custom to how you actually work.

Scroll, and the lanes settle.

Most setups get tangled.

Most bot setups grow messy fast. Bots share inboxes, cross into the wrong business, or duplicate each other's work, and nobody owns the gaps.

A second bot arrives to help with the calendar, then a third watches the inbox. Soon they are all reaching into the same places. One answers a client while another files the note under the wrong business, and the week fills with work you thought had already been handled.

Terminus takes its name from the Roman god of boundary stones, the one who marked where one field ended and the next began.

Terminus works in three stages.

You can finish them in one sitting, or pause and come back.

  1. 01

    Lanes and accounts

Terminus learns your businesses and personal use, sets the walls between them, checks your email, calendar, and Drive accounts, and talks to your existing bots to find what's tangled. You get a before-and-after lane map.

  2. 02

    Gaps and help

It finds what still eats your week, recommends what would help, and walks you through setting each thing up step by step.

  3. 03

    Your rules

It interviews you on what your bots may do on their own and what always needs you, then writes your Standing Rules page.

You leave with four things.

  • You get a visual lane map you can look at and understand.

  • You get a lane-map sheet you can keep and share.

  • You get your Standing Rules page, written from the interview.

  • You get a one-page summary of your lanes, bots, and rules.

It's an interview, not a template. Do it all at once or one stage at a time. Terminus saves your progress.

Leave your email, and Terminus will open.

Terminus is free. It will interview you, then build the map and the rules around the way you already work.
